Refund policy

In short: bought it and didn't like it? Within 7 days of your purchase, we refund 100%, no questions asked.
Time limit
- 7 calendar days, counted from the payment confirmation.
- This is the right of withdrawal under Brazil's Consumer Defense Code (art. 49). It applies even if you've already seen the lessons.
- We refund the full amount you paid, with no fees deducted.
- The date of your request is what counts: if you asked within 7 days, you're entitled to it, even if our reply comes later.
How to ask
- Email [email protected] with the subject "Refund".
- Send it from the email you used to buy, or tell us which email that was.
- You don't need to give a reason.
We confirm we got your request right away and issue the refund within 2 business days.
How the money comes back

Paid in USDC? Refund rules
- We refund in USDC, on the Base network, to the same address the payment came from. We don't send to another address, another network or another currency, even if someone asks. This protects you from scams.
- We refund the same amount of USDC we received. Since USDC tracks the dollar, its value in reais may differ slightly from the day you bought.
- We cover the network fee for the refund.
- We email you the hash of the refund transaction so you can check it on Basescan.
- Paid straight from an exchange? The USDC goes back to the address that sent it, which may belong to the exchange, and some exchanges don't credit these returns automatically. That's why you should pay from your own wallet.
After the refund
Access to the paid lessons ends. The free lessons stay open for you.
After 7 days
The purchase becomes final, except in cases provided by law, such as a failure on our side that prevents access. Duplicate charges are always refunded, at any time.
