Bloco Zero (blocozero.academy) is a website that teaches crypto from zero. It is run by 69.752.097 EDSON RAFAEL DOS SANTOS BARBOSA (MEI, a Brazilian sole proprietorship), CNPJ 69.752.097/0001-95, Brazil. Contact: [email protected].

By using the site, you agree to these terms.

1. What Bloco Zero is (and what it is not)

  • It is educational content: it explains how wallets, networks, apps and their risks work.
  • It is not investment advice, consulting or analysis. We don't tell you what to buy, when or how much.
  • We are not an exchange or a bank. We don't hold, move or invest your money.
  • We don't promise gains. Crypto can lose value, even all of it. Read the Risk notices.

2. Free lessons and the full track

  • Lessons 1 to 11: free, no sign-up.
  • Full track: R$ 49.90 (Brazilian reais), one-time payment. It is not a subscription and has no recurring charges.
  • Payment methods: PIX, card or USDC on the Base network. The USDC amount is shown on screen before you pay.
  • Access: unlocked as soon as the payment is confirmed. It doesn't expire while Bloco Zero is online. If we ever shut the site down, we'll email you at least 30 days in advance.
  • 7-day guarantee: see the Refund policy.
  • You must be 18 or older to buy.

3. Your account

  • Only buyers have an account. You sign in with a link we email you or with your wallet.
  • The account is personal. Don't share access.
  • Signing in with your wallet only means signing a text message: it doesn't move money or give anyone permission over your tokens. If your wallet asks you to approve spending or a transaction when you sign in, reject it: it isn't us.

4. Your wallet, your responsibility

  • You alone are responsible for your wallet, your recovery phrase, your passwords and every transaction you sign.
  • Blockchain transactions can't be undone. Sending to the wrong address or the wrong network can lose the money for good.
  • In the hands-on lessons, you decide whether to do it and with how much. Always start with a small amount.

5. We never ask for your phrase

Bloco Zero will never ask you for:

  • your recovery phrase (the 12 or 24 words) or your private key;
  • crypto sent to "validate", "release" or "unlock" anything;
  • remote access to your computer or phone.

No exercise asks you to type your phrase on the site. Anyone who asks for it is a scammer, even if they use our name. Our only support channel is email: [email protected].

6. Third-party apps and sites

  • We show and link to real apps and sites, such as MetaMask, Rabby, Uniswap, Aave, CoinGecko, DefiLlama, Basescan, Revoke.cash, banks and exchanges.
  • This is not a partnership, sponsorship or recommendation. They are examples to help you learn.
  • These services have their own terms and risks. We don't control them and aren't responsible for failures, changes or losses that happen on them.
  • Screenshots and live data come from these services and may change or lag. Trademarks belong to their owners.

7. Affiliate links

  • Today, Bloco Zero doesn't use affiliate links.
  • If that changes, each link will show this notice next to it, before you click: "Partner link: we may earn a commission. You pay nothing extra."
  • A commission never changes what we teach.

8. Using the content

  • The texts, illustrations and lessons are ours, except third-party trademarks and screenshots.
  • You may study and share the link to the site.
  • You may not copy, resell, republish or distribute the paid lessons.
  • Trying to bypass payment, attacking the site or accessing it in bulk with bots is also prohibited. In those cases, we may suspend the account.

9. Changes

  • Apps change, and the lessons change with them: we may adjust, replace or remove screens to keep the content accurate.
  • If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll post a notice on the site and email buyers. The version with the latest date at the top applies.

10. Limits

  • We do our best to keep the content accurate and up to date, but there may be errors or outdated data. Found a mistake? Let us know by email.
  • We are not responsible for your investment decisions or for losses on third-party apps, networks or contracts.
  • Nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have under Brazil's Consumer Defense Code.

11. Governing law

  • Brazilian law applies. If you are a consumer in Brazil, the courts of your city have jurisdiction.
  • If you live outside Brazil, any consumer protections your country's law guarantees you also apply.
